Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for receiving guests, answering or transferring external calls;
2. Responsible for the archive management of various documents related to the work content;
3. Assist in implementing the company's various rules and regulations and maintaining work order;
4. Responsible for office logistics support of various departments of the office;
5. Assist the general manager in handling external affairs;
6. Complete the task assigned by the leader temporarily;
Qualifications:
1. Age requirement: 20-24 years old, full-time college degree or above;
2. Good communication and negotiation skills;
3. Familiar with computer and office software (Excel, Word);
4. Careful work, strong sense of responsibility, quick thinking, and strong team spirit;
5. Have good professional ethics and accomplishments, able to withstand certain work pressure;
