Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the pre-sales technical support of the company's SCR and FET;

2. Responsible for the writing of product information to ensure the standardization of product technical documents;

3. Cooperate with marketing staff to promote and explain the company's technology and products, and be responsible for the company's internal and external technology and product training.

4. Supervise the later product operation, customer service and product improvement, organize and guide relevant training for new products.

Qualifications:

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, familiar with radio, more than 1 year technical support work experience;

2. Have strong writing skills, able to write technical solutions and product documents;

3. Have good expression skills, have independent customer technical service capabilities, and be able to independently carry out internal and external technical and product training;

4. Have a proactive working attitude and good professionalism, and have a good team spirit;

5. Familiar with the circuit diagram and the working principle of SCR is preferred;
